Apart of that, we have a tendency to purchase high value second hand goods at a high price than it's fair value, only to fail in the upkeep and maintenance of the purchases. Thus why Syarikat Air Johor learnt the hard way from SYABAS/PUSPEL/PUAS that they let PUB manage 100% of their water resources, including all towers and pumping stations etc, only to sell to Singapore for 3c ,repurchase processed water for 50c and bill the consumers RM20 for the 1000gallons. Johor still have the best water about and excess is sold to Negeri Sembilan and N9 sell theirs to Putrajaya and Melaka for more money. ECO-NO-MONEY dudes. Who stupid? those who voted for those goons.
