I’m at QueensPark, near Jalan Peel as this article being written. Nothing to write actually but some thought to let out. By the way the net connection is super duper slow here in Starbucks.

Dilemma on Having Other Good Offer

The current company that I work is good except for the politics that I can’t take it anymore. This is the problem when politics involved. Can you work at the company that everybody has their own secret that can’t be discussed among others? Secret that can ruin the happiness to work.

When the director has no full confident with the General Manager, normal staffs have zero confident towards the top management. Money wise, it’s good but how about the pressure that eat you day by day.

While having a full pressure at work, suddenly one hard to resist offer came along. The title should read: CTAPPS Application Manager. Nice title isn’t. Work load is lower and about the pressure, I still don’t know yet.

Money wise still in the negotiation stage. The problem is to identify and pick the best among the best. I just want to ask, if you had two good choices, what shall you pick? I shall resign and start at the new company on the December 1st. Below I list down the advantage between these two:

Company A

1. Managing more than 120 subordinates nationwide.
2. You will get mobile, laptop and claim for each and every expenses every time you go out.
3. Salary will be on the 24th each month.
4. Chances to be a General Manager is near the corner.
5. Politics everywhere.
6. Less paperwork
   

Company B

1. Concentrate on the mobile application.
2. You can choose your laptop. Expenses wise, still blur.
3. Salary will be on the last day of the month.
4. Chances to build up career is still blur.
5. Politics involved but less than the Company A.
6. Involved a lot of paperwork.

Help me to decide. I will make a Istikarah Prayer and let Allah send me message. Hmmm….
