After this early month I wrote about UMobile problems and complaint, this is another story that UMobile should take action on it.

Korang pernah x di datangi oleh Agen Umobile ? So ako nak Criter la pengalaman ako nie..
Oke Kajadian nie berlaku pada beberapa minggu lepas. Masa ako tengah lepak pekenana Char koey teow kat Danau kota, ako dan kwn ako di datangi oleh amoi Umobile nie..
Ako mulanya malas la nak layan sebab ako dah ada Pakej staff Celcom mobile, tapi dia ckp dia cuma nak buat survey so ako xkisah la..
So ako pun jawab la persoalan dia bla2..Habis ja jawab survey dia tu, di kata ako entitled dapat 3 Free Simcard 018 untuk test purpose.( masih percaya dan digulakan oleh ayat Survey ) . So ako pun setuju la.. Ramai gak la kawan ako time tu.. Diorg la semua pakat seronok nak cuba 3G, so kawan ako semua amik so ako pun follow la sekali.
So setiap pada kami dapat 3 simcard. So dia mintak salinan IC sebab nak register untuk testing purposes, still kena register jugak katanya konon kalau setuju leh trus langgan.. So pikir emm betui jugak… So Kami bagi la IC kat diorg photostat,
Ayat Dia ” U guna ja try sebab semua free selama dua bulan..” ako tanya apa yang free.. ” Dia kata call , sms , 3G semua free selama 2 bulan ”
SO apa lagi hungga la selama berapa2 minggu ..Hari nie ako dapat Call kata konon postpaid ako dah aktivate.. So Nampanya MMg ako kena SCAM ngan AGEN 018
Ako dah follow up melalui Email sebab nak ngadu pasai fraud acct, dan dah buat report yg sepatutnya. Report polis je yang belum lagi.
So esok lusa nie ako nak gegar BRanch dia kat time Square ngan kawan2 ako.
Kalau ada kekawan yg senasib ngan ako jom la kita alert reramai.. Masa tu ako tgk hampir separuh customer kedai char koey teow yg bagi IC layan SCAMMER dan amik SIMCARD nie.. Sepatutnya ramai gak la yg terkena .

aku rasa u-mobile nie memanga da masalh dengan billing system dia la… sebabnyer dulu aku penah subscribe broadband dia nie aku guna ada la sebulan lebih tapi bill aku tak sampai2… pas tu baru2 nie masa aku nak terminate service dia tu aku pandang kat screen komputer tu aku tengok aku punyer outstanding balance rm 0.00 . sampai la nie bill tak sampai2 kat aku….
aku dengar now diaorang tengah stop amik new subscription. tak tau apsal…
At the end of the day, consumers will chew the bitter part of being brought to court, blacklisted ic number. I heard a lot of these cases but I am not going to quote everything in here.
I really hope that someone from UMobile : 123.136.96.0 - 123.136.127.255 email me about this cases. As the potential clients and consumers, we don’t want to blacklist U from our system. I assumed that a lot of cases queue at the consumer tribunal waiting for the time.
It’s better to wait and see for the upcoming and recently launched WiMax from Green Packet as they will deliver more from UMobile which backbone mostly depending on Celcom.

6I hv lost my umobile simcard. I went to Berjaya Times Square far away from Seremban. But that stupid indian girl just gave me a form and then let me waiting up to 10 minutes in front of her without her doing anything to my complaints. She keep key-in new customer forms (to get more commision i guess).
I then quit using umobile..

7I hate the way U Mobile representative treats me as I lost my sim card that day. I filled a complaint form and submitted to her (indian girl). She just ignore my form for 10 minutes (i just sat in front of her doing nothing for 10 minutes.. she was busy keyed-in some new customers form..
I want to quit this umobile even how good it is..
