Small business around the world do need to create their own invoice if the customers request for it. Like me, I do need to create my own invoice this morning as my photography client needs the invoice to reimburse the money.

Where To Find Invoice Template

  1. Open your web browser, let say : www.google.com
  2. Type “sample invoice”
  3. Then you will have a lot of search result queries
  4. I stumbled open one more Google service; docs.google.com/templates

Login With Your Google Account

To use the Google Document which is free to Google user, all you need is Google account. Like me, I use my Google Email/Gmail account.

From there, I have access to thousands of nice and good template. I choose the most simple invoice and I was happy as the editing style is similar to Microsoft Office Excel. Try look at the picture below:

This is the sample invoice that you can use. A lot of other documents that can improvised your life and increase the business productivity. So if next time you stuck if your boss ask you to prepare an invoice then remember one thing, use Google Documents.
