This is about the 100 leading company or organization in the USA ads spending throughout the year of 2007. So what do you think when you see the graph below?

If you look at the percentage of ads spending budget, 7.6% out of it being sent to the media agency to buy the internet advertising. Who got the biggest piece of the pizza? Google received the biggest portion with their internet advertising vehicle. It is a great move.

So Malaysian, when will you setup an internet advertising company? A part from Innity, Nuffnang, Pixel Media Asia, ~~Advertlessssss~~ and others, will you setup a new company and waiting for the big chunks come in to your mouth?? I don’t see any aggressive move by local advertising agency to venture in the internet advertising. I just don’t know why they wanted to let the opportunity went away day by day.

Do you know that one millionaire under the age of 30 is born every day. It is simply because they involve in the internet business or can we called them by the name of netrepenuer?

Steps to Get Easy Profit in The Internet Advertising Industry in Malaysia

Setup the internet advertising company now
Recruit more publishers ASAP; Big publisher
Talk to Media Agency
Prepare working capital at least 6 month (Don’t end up like a loser)
Get the extra money to cover the late payment by Media Agency (Bad Practice)
Hang out with those people that hold the power or jobs
Don’t bad mouth your competitor in fact, work with them
Learn in detail about your country culture before you start to invest
Put a goal, at least 5 months before getting any sales and put a room for a disappointment if you don’t hit your projections
Think creative to come out with the new concept of advertisement
Pay your staff salary; or else your company will not get bless from God
Don’t cheat your publishers and advertisers
Work !! Work !! (Warcraft 3, hahahaha)

Eh…. Is it really sound that simple? I saw there are few company in this region. E.g: advertlets and nuffnang, I don’t know whether they are earning but I think they are doing what you mean now. But…….

By theway, do you think there are still big market in this region?

YES. There is a HUGE market out there, especially in this economic crisis where budget are tight, internet marketing no doubt is a better place for targeted, trackable and more predictable conversion area, supplementing conventional ads medium.
