on the server side, we r not using exabytes..we r using dedicated servers fm shinjiru plus we r taking up also the bandwidth option fm them.

the cost as of now is 5k RM per mth. thats a bomb to me maybe not for u? we r not competing with youtube..they started with 7M RM!! we started with 1K RM! if we have 7M ofcourse we can be at the same speed for the streaming coz everything in streaming videos comes down to Pipeline.

like i said earlier, our biz model is different fm youtube..we dont go for ads..we r providing webtv solutions, asiatube.tv is just a platform for us to showcase.
on grants n what not, believe me we hv tried all since last 2 years! in the end to get started we hv to do it 1st otherwise it will never kickoff! i never believe on freebies anyways..:P
