1) Subscribe to a higher hosting package that allows more email webspace.

2) Rent or buy a mail dedicated server.

3) Do not simply forward emails to everyone in the contact list to avoid being suspected of spamming.

4) For companies that intend to send a large amount of newsletters to clients, they can always subscribe to email marketing and mailing list applications that are available in the market.

Tips On Email Marketing

As you know, email marketing is considered spam to some people. In fact, some of the emails are actually informative stuffs. Here are some extras that you can do to avoid being labelled as “spam” when sending out your emails.

1) Try not to send newsletter during holidays - Your email will be viewed by your subscribers after holiday and chances are that there are other tons of email together with yours. Your email may not be read after all, and with a high possibility that it is deleted in a rush.

2) Practice opt-in or permission-based option for your emails - This is to ensure that the subscriber really intends to receive your newsletter.

3) Provide subscription and unsubscription option - In case subscriber changes his mind, he can unsubscribe your newsletter within a few mouse clicks.

4) Use templates in formatting your newsletter. - If you plan to send newsletter regularly, do make sure your templates are consistent. This will reflect your company’s professionalism.

5) Use attractive and gorgeous graphics to portray your messages - Picture speaks a thousand words. No doubt this saying is very true.
