It is a sad story of Malaysia. Three major accident involved buses with loaded of passengers. The first one which set a record in A Malaysia history which held at the PLUS highway nearby Taiping. Secondly in Johor and third is Kelantan.

Who should be blamed? According to the readers survey, most of them are pointing the fingers to the bus or permit holder. Some of them choose the bus driver itself for the accident to be blamed off. As for me, I would rather choose the driving institute and the Road Transport Department it self.

Previously I worked in the most glamorous driving institute in Malaysia. To be specific, Subang. I worked there for5 damn years of bribing and kow team. To get the license you will only need to sit for a theory test and it all computerized. What else to say? Even it using the computers, that does not mean you can’t cheat them. Even the Deep Blue computers can be defeated. If you are a student, you can ask your driving school teachers on how to kow team.

Previously there were 3 companies or operator conducted the service. Here is the list :

• MySpeed - Fully owned by Pernec, Tabung Haji and also TM
• MyEG - Now they are a public listed company under MESDAQ
• Konsortium Multimedia Swasta Sdn Bhd - Correct me if I’m wrong - KOMMS

If you want to pass the exam rite, just ask your teacher and the cost that your teacher charge you will depend on the date and your status. the price should be between RM150-RM400 per exam which can be held at this three places. They will answer your question and you just sit there at the exam room and relax. Last time before the Road Transport Department did a new set of questions in last November, one of the MYEG exam venue which are located in Klang and Batu Belah are the easiest spot. You have to answer the questions which are timing based and you will pass the passing marks of 42/50.

After passing the exam, you will need to attend a 3+3 hours course which called JPJL2B. You can skip this class also. The first 3 hours, you will have to attend a theory class and the teacher will show you the driving course. The next 3 hours will be the time for a student to start to drive. You are lazy or do not have time? Easy, ask your teacher to skip the class for you. It will be great for the teacher because he can skip teaching and for the FRANCHISEE also are good. They can save their time and money. Most of the driving institute are trying to fight this matter which have been brought to the meeting with the Road Transport Department but nothing is being improve.

The guideline for the student are they have to attend at least 8 hours of driving then only they can sit for the practical class. How many of the student completed their class? Most of the students nowadays are easy to teach since most of their parents have teach them already. They are lucky but how is the student that are so nervous to sit for the exam? Yes, you can bribe the RTD staff. Trust me? Ask your teacher then. Most of the driving school especially the big player has bribe the staff personally. It is disgusting to say it in here but this is the reality that happen. In the practical exam, you will have to pass the section 2 and section 3. The most bribery case are in the section 3 which is on the road test. The price to bribe is vary from one officer to one officer. No worries, you can afford to pay. The price can be below RM100 to RM 400 and some officer will call it double if the student are too stupid too drive.

So relate back with the title of this post. How do you want to escape from the accident if the principal itself are dirty. If you want to get the license to drive a bus or lorry, you will need to have the GDL and PSV license on top of your E license. This is more easy to pass if you have the money. You have to pay like RM450 to get the GDL and kowteam all. This is so bullshit because your life is valued under a thousand of ringgit. The most popular for this big vehicle auto pass scheme is in the Sungai Besar. There is a driving institute that provide this kind of service with the lowest cost in town. If you find that Sungai Besar is far far away from you, just go to the driving institute at the Subang, Puchong, Gombak, Kepong or Nilai and ask around.

To the RTD officer and MyEG officer, please stop taking the bribe. You will end up in hell and you will be the person who are responsible in the accident. Please save our kids lives.
