I wrote about the Rich Twin Poor Twin who has been banned from Google Adsense. Seems it is like google has implementing a stricter rules and regulations. Google also has taking fraud click seriously. No matter how or what it is a chance for who has been banned from Google.

Are You Really Innocent?

If your account is being suspended, you need to ask yourself if you are really innocent. Thereâ€™s no point lying to them if youâ€™ve been â€˜secretlyâ€™ clicking your ads now and then and you get caught for doing it.

In such case, the best thing to do is to admit your mistake and promise them to not do it again. If itâ€™s accidental clicks, tell them about it but itâ€™ll only get you so far. You need to back your claim with any raw logs to aid their investigation.

An unhappy user launching a click attack on your website could get you in trouble. However, their system is getting smarter and will be able to determine whether the click activity fit a pattern that may artificially drive up your earnings intentionally. If you noticed strange pattern in your account, tell them about.

If your account being suspended, these are the step that you must have taken.

Write to Them and Appeal For Reinstatement

This isnâ€™t as easy as it sounds but itâ€™s not impossible to do. If you can maintain in good faith that the invalid activity was not due to the actions or negligence of you or those for whom you are responsible, you can appeal for reinstatement.

You need to support your claims with any raw logs to assist them in their investigation. Explain the steps you have taken to ensure the problem doesnâ€™t recur in the future. Remember you are allowed for one appeal only, so make full use of the opportunity to present your case properly. You may contact them through their online form.

Itâ€™s very important to be calm and polite when contacting them. Remember, you are not in a position to demand anything but some consideration since in Google eyes, or rather their anti-fraud algorithm has proven you guilty.

Use Other Publisherâ€™s Account

You can let other AdSense publisher place their ads on your site. Itâ€™s up to you and the publisher on how you want to divide the earnings generated from the arrangement.

Create a New Account

If your appeal was denied for invalid click activity, you are no longer allowed to register a new account with them. To get around this, you can ask someone related to you to register a new account and use his/her account to place ads on your site provided that your site is in compliance with AdSense policies.

However, if they determine that the other publisherâ€™s account pose a risk to their AdWords advertisers, they may disable it too.
