ANSWER
When I was working with the Collosseo D Porto Management, I used to handle a lot of complain by the students, their relatives and also from a company.
Normally the complain was regarding the dissatisfaction of the teacher performance.
Actually this company is one of the franchisee of Metrodriving Sdn Bhd. As everybody knows, the price for the full packages is much more expensive if compared to the other driving school by approximately 50% to 100% but we have to make sure that the target set by the principal of 20 minimum student per month is achievable.
This all done by our team which me as the leader. Since I started to work there, the sales is increasing by 100% from 10 - 20 students to 40-50 students per month.
The complain were rising parallel with the increasing of the student enrollment.
Maintaining the customer relationship in order to get the repeat sales are very important to me. I believe in the “Customers are always right” but customers always manipulating this quote to satisfy their needs of complaining. If I’m in this position, what I like to do is to educate the customer to become a good customers and if the relationship between customers and us are good, that is the good point of getting the free sales of mouth to mouth advertising.
